1. Scarcity of jobs = more demand for government run healthcare, and unemployment benefits. They have not done anything to create lasting jobs – and have (if one is completly honest) have fabricated jobs in nonexistant districts.
2. Scarcity of food and basic needs, after they intentionally create inflation – this gamble is being made thinking they can create the “right amount of inflation, to pay off huge debts with deflated dollars – if I assume the best. Problem is a 24% increase in dollars under Carter (over a two year period) resulted in pretty bad inflation. In 12 months we have inflated it 120%. If people are hungry – I don’t think the government gets more control do they?
3. Scarcity of healthcare = more control over who gets care over another, what we eat, if we should have guns, or if they should be taxed more…
4. Scarcity of energy = fits into promoting the new religion, and more importantly into controlling businesses unfriendly to this administration.

If “fundamental transformation” is the most important goal sought for by the government – then will the 2012 elections even matter to them? They keep passing laws that the majority does not want – so I don’t think they have any fear. The elite will gain power either way, with either party (as they are setup now) the middle class will become less a factor, but regardless of the party in charge until Americans say no to progressives in either party, and yes to small government we will go down this path. Classic liberals and traditional conservatives will both suffer under the tyranny.
