Of course, dude. I'm in on it.

Sure, player like Dumervil, Marshall, Clady, Sheffler, Stokely and a host of other Shanahan players have been important in our success, but just you wait... McStalin has a plan to get rid of ALL of them.

No more like a Superbowl Contender. As in refrence to the the article ( which I cant seem to find) that stated something to the fact of "Congrats Mcdaniels on breaking up a Super Bowl calibur team by trading away Cutler".

Huh...

You know they actually have to make the playoffs to be a superbowl caliber team?

And how many were starters. The majority of our starters on defense last year are either out football or third string back ups on other teams.

And it is even more amazing that Moss and Crowder couldn't secure down a starting job over some of those guys.

Yea, it's somewhat interesting that Moss is still around, though. He would seem like an obvious cut. But, not only is he still around... he's actually active as of late.

I'm guessing the staff sees something. I sure don't see it, yet... but who knows.

Crowder was battling through an injury last year. He is now a regular starter down here in Tampa.

I got the impression that they all but flipped a coin to decide who to cut - thing is, Crowder is probably a better all-round player, but Moss just about has a fraction more upside as a potential situational pass-rusher, if he fulfils his potential. That may have factored into the decision somewhat, and that's probably what they're trying to get him to do now.

Not that I'm saying he's worth anything or that they were right to keep him mind you, just trying to follow the reasoning.....he's definitely in the last chance saloon right now. A few plays here and there in the coming weeks could save his skin, but the dreaded 'bust' tag hangs over his head right now...

Played in every game, started the last two. For the season 25 tackles and 1 sack.

He's listed as a backup on the depth chart.

I think it lends evidence to the fact that Shanny was truly a brilliant coach, but as a GM, just as equally inept.

He would be served well if when he returns, he insists on a proven GM that he can work with. But I'm not sure his ego will allow it. We'll see.
