So take Gruden out of the Mike Shanahan-Mike Holmgren-Bill Cowher group of coaches. Only place Gruden going in 2010 is back to booth.

Jon Gruden has agreed to an exclusive multi-year agreement with ESPN, committing broadcast, not coach.

I like him too, but good grief, everything he mentions is a "game changer" everything he mentions is earth-shattering.
