Doesn't the league have to announce 12 days in advance the teams that will be flexed? And since Week 11 (the first flex week) is 12 days away.....we should expect to hear who's going to be flexed TODAY?

Perhaps Denver/San Diego ?? :strong:

Week 11 actually has some good matchups that could all be potential flexes....

Indy/Baltimore
Atlanta/NYG -but this won't be moved b/c NYG is playing 4 days later
NYJ/NE

I would think it would have to be Den/SD.....most drama, possibly for division lead, etc. But does playing 4 days later on Thanksgiving disqualify us, too?

CBS gets to protect 1 game right?

Indy @ Baltimore
NY Jets @ New England
SD @ Denver

I'm thinking they protect SD @ Denver.

Plus its already Philly @ Chicago so they prob wont even flex it.

I'm not sure about the protection rights of FOX/CBS.....but if that is the case....they might protect NYJ/NE.....on the the fact that they are bigger markets.

They can only move afternoon start games as well if I understand the rules correctly.

Eagles-Bears matchup will remain Sunday night game

NEW YORK (AP) - The Eagles-Bears matchup Nov. 22 will remain the
Sunday night game even though NBC had the option of picking another
contest.
The NFL's flexible scheduling policy goes into effect that week
for the rest of the season. But the league announced Tuesday that
the network decided to stick with the original matchup, which could
have NFC wild-card implications.
Philadelphia is 5-3 and in second place in the NFC East going
into this weekend's game at San Diego. Chicago is 4-4 heading into
Thursday's game at San Francisco.

That's OK. I don't think the Bears have won a night game all year...Ha!
