This book as yet to fail me

In my career I have been laid off 4 times since I started working 1999. It's the tech field. It can be up and down depending on what you are doing. This leads to interviewing for new jobs. This book is a must read for interviewing.

Thanks for the recommendation.

I've had two interviews in the past 60 days. I didn't really have a chance on the first opportunity. I looked at the interview as a warmup for the future. The second job would have been a perfect landing for me. The format was behavioral based questions. I felt pretty good about my responses but I did not get the job. The recruiter tried to make me feel better by stating out of "hundreds" of candidates I was only one of three they actually brought in for an on-site interview. I don't know if she was blowing smoke or whatever, but at least my resume is drawing interest.

It sounds like she was blowing smoke, but time to move on to the next one.
