Campaigning is all Obama knows how to do. Notice he likes throwing out ideas, but others work the plans. His job has always been to sell. He has never run a business, which is like 98% of the elected members in Congress. And yet we wonder why they waste so much tax dollar money.

Why not just let the conservative student and their parents apply for student loans from private corporate entities. And allow normal American citizens apply for the Government loan programs that will have lower interest rates.
