Dear Denver fans,
It could ALWAYS be worse...

In the aftermath of Saturday’s disaster, veteran defensive end Greg Ellis openly wondered if his teammates were taking their profession seriously enough as in getting the proper rest and being physically and mentally prepared to play a game.

“Guys, you can’t stay out all night. Can’t expect to come in here and just turn it on,” Ellis said. “This isn’t high school or college football. This is the best of the best in the NFL. So you’ve got to do the small things that maybe you didn’t have to do in college.”

Hmmmm... what happens if we get swept by those guys this year? That is a very real possibility.

I think drinking the night before home games while not reported in the msm was a big reason why we let cutler go. Not trying to start a firestorm, just saying, look at his performances on the road vs. at home.

Oh, jeezuz dude.

Afraid of the Raiders, now?

Then again, they did bust our ass at home with the playoffs on the line last season. I see where you might have developed some concern.

Yeah, he was drinking the night before, scored some hot bay area ass and still kicked their butts!

Who's care about Raiders and Chiefs, the Broncos have few problems need to be resolve.

Probably unfair to single out Mario Henderson, but on his Twitter page in recent days he detailed a Burger King binge that astute readers figured out totaled more than 6,400 calories, and in a recent tweet said he ate an entire box of Frosted Flakes the morning of the Saints game. All after being serious about his diet for six months in preparing to become the team’s left tackle.

That BK binge is mildly impressive, but why do they talk about "an entire bag of Frosted Flakes" like it's a big deal? I'm half the size of that guy and I could eat a whole box of Frosted Flakes for breakfast and add in a couple of slices of bacon just for good measure.

There was that, and they also kicked our ass at Oakland the year before, a game I was at.

Not fun.

The Raiders did that stuff all the time in the 70's and still won.....of course, those were different times.
