Looks like Marshall will be back for the regular season if Gaffney can't go. McJosh needs a good start, and one of them needs to be on the field.

damn we get so many injuries.

All the injuries we get is more frustrating then losing Cutler. It seems every yr its just one after another until we are completely decimated.

Well we know that he didn't break trying to catch an Orton fastball.

Karma..As i said don't wish injury on anyone..

so you think our Karma could screw Gaffney? Wouldn't that be his Karma? Or are you saying it doesn't matter how you act, someone elses bad Karma can screw you.

Oh wait I get it, you really aren't saying anything.

This really sucks, Gaffney was going to be a major piece of this offense.

Karma..As i said don't wish injury on anyone..

wouldn't Karma be more like I wish injury on Cutler, then fall down my stairs and break ankle?

I mean if me wishing that and Gaffney getting injured is Karma, then Karma really is ****ed up.

I was hoping this thread was going to be about Mark, not Jabar.

Dammit.

Exactly what I was thinkin, wouldn't hurt to take a waiver on that guy and see what he can give us.

Brandon Lloyd had really good chemistry with Orton in Chicago. He will step up.

You want Cutler to be injured in a football field..This, will indirectly satisfy you.

What Karma does is that it will do the same thing(except that it does to your favorite team).

If you are directly responsible for hurting someone..as you said, you will likely be injured.

Thats how Karma works..

back to the topic..I hope the injury is not serious..

if it is..This is a big blow as he understands NE system

And we also know that it most likely wasnt from blocking someone.

What we don't have enough WRs with off field issues?

Marvin's going to put a hit on you now for saying something about it.

I'd rather sign coke head Matt Jones. He at least can get deep and is a big target.

Maybe even take a look at Jerry Porter EEEEEESH.

If we wait and we lose another WR, and Mashall doesn't decide to play, we are ****ed.

Why not? We have had Jerry Rice and Andre Reed at the end of there careers.I think Marvin has more gas in the tank than those guys had when they joined our team.

nope because what if every player on the team is a nice guy and deserves good Karma. Nope sorry if Karma does exist no way my bad Karma could screw some innocent person with good Karma just because he plays on the team I like.

Just get over it. Injuries are not Karma, fate, nothing, they just happen and sometimes your team is unlucky.

Hell Steeler fans wish injury on players all the time and they have how many rings lately?

My good friend a Steeler fan he is constantly laughing and hoping other player get injured. When does his bad Karma start? By the way he has a hot wife, well into 6 figure income, a big house and drives a BMW M3.

I mean cmon he's the biggest jerk i know and he's also the luckiest.

Touting Kyle Orton and now worrying about the status of Jabar Gaffney in relation to our team's success..

we are now at or below Oak/KC level.

Doesn't Jones have a suspension waiting for him, when he sign with someone?

What do you think happens when you practice full time in pads, at full speed? We are learning the answer.

Yeah, except Karma is a bunch of bull****. If you believe it, it will become a self fulfilling prophecy. Simple as that

Oh geez, teams have done this for years. Relax. We took it easy last year and lost 28389324823983289282892 running backs

While I feel Chad Jackson, B Loyd and McKinley will step up tonight and the weeks coming... I'd like an insurance policy incase Marshall loses his mind again.

Ya like under Club Med Shanny there wasn't injuries in practice....

Hope it doesn't rain tonight! It will be blamed on McDaniels...

Here is a crazy idea instead of looking for trash to replace Gaffney why don't we find a way to make Marshall happy.

This team is a hell of a lot more healthy than it was in year's past at this time. What are there, 2 guys on IR right now and neither were roster locks? Everyone else might miss a game or two at most.

My guess is we'll keep 7 WRs now - Marshall, Royal, Stokely, Lloyd, Jackson, McKinley and Gaffney. Even with this injury, we're pretty deep especially if Marshall is in the mix.

Obviously not having players stretch their fingers enough in practice.
