He did, but Yang also played incredibly well under pressure.

Including a chip in eagle to take the lead, and then a big time shot on 18 to put the pressure on Tiger and finish with a birdie.
Tiger missed some putts, and had some poor shots, but this was mostly about Yang having a great round -- especially the last 9 holes.

Love it, only that would have been better is if philly mick would have beat him, but that doesn't happen.

Gotta give a lot of credit to Y.E. Yang, that shot on 18 was amazing, I'm surprised he can walk straight with those cajones between his legs!

padraig was the one who choked with the snowman (8) on a par 3. I had padriag this week in my fantasy golf pool. It's a survivor like pool - you can use a golfer once the entire year and you get his prize winnings towards your score. No one in our pool got a win out of Tiger (everybody picked him for the Majors or Players Championship and he was 0-5 on those)

Tiger didn't really choke, he just missed too many putts. I mean, they definitely weren't gimmes, but they were certainly putts you would expect to see Tiger drain on his way to a tournament win.
Well, he didn't sink those putts, and he lost. That was the major factor.

Is anyone watching this painful exhibition? Why is it "painful"? Tiger missed putts he usually makes and Yang made birdies and eagles he usually doesn't make. Great round for Yang! If you want to learn the definition of "choking" you have to watch Mickelson play.

Did Tiger even shoot par? It was painful watching the choke job.

He shot 75 today I believe to finish at 5 over. Yang beat him by three at -8.

Well if Tiger missed putts he usually makes, that kinda falls in the definition of "choking". No need to look to Mickelson (normally you do that), because Tiger provided the text book version of choke job.
Happens even to the best players from time to time.
