Mr. Speed with no hands is officially a Raider and the Rams are about ready to ink Jason Smith. It's good because both are in the top ten and Heyward-Bey will be the first non-QB skill position to sign. It is the Raiders though, so that means crazy Al's contract could jack things up for everyone after him or have no affect whatsoever because he's so bizarre. Smith is the second pick overall, and while he's still a lineman, and it's only been linemen lately, being the second overall with Heyward-Bey signing should begin to move things along.
