If anyone get's a chance, please watch the video on the Broncos website entitled "Eddie Royal visits the rookie symposium (http://www.denverbroncos.com/page.php?id=609)." It's a relatively long Q&A with various players about adjusting to the NFL. What absolutely floored me were the responses of Eddie Royal and advice he was giving. He talks about things he's learning to do, like how he watches guys like Dawkins and Stokely to learn how to be a pro.

There is a fast forward option that you can use if you want to skip to his parts. It's definitely worth it and really very impressive. I'm convinced the kid is going to have a long and productive career.

last years draft is the prototype draft every franchise would love(with the exceptions of Torain and Mother****er) but most of our picks are high character guys, who go all out every play, and look to be guys who should be with the team for years to come.

It ticked me off that they cut Eddie off at the end, he was making a really good point:cuss:

Awesome. We had a lot of team-first, high character players like Eddie on the championship teams. In this day and age I think it's harder than ever for players to keep a straight head on their shoulders. It's great to see a young Bronco playing like a star but acting like a regular guy.

:~ohyah!: Loving all the digs on the Hokies. You gotta admit with guys like the Vick brothers "reprezentin,'" Royal is a far cry from those fellows.
