Yes way. It's easy to make that stuff with today's programs available to the public.
All you have to do is crop the animation and put a blue/green screen behind him and then impose the train video behind it.

I don't think that is fake. It's easy to make that up, but it's just as easy to film stupid people do stupid ****.

i remember seeing that safety video. i could just never figure out what the **** the adult was doing running towards a train knowing that more than likely the kid would folllow.
stupidity should have been taken out. the adult should have been the 1 to get blasted by the train for being a retard. you can't fault a kid for doing what he sees an adult doing.

it's not a kid, but rather a small woman. The two are commuters who dash across the tracks in an attempt to catch a train on the other track.
The video is real, and unfortunately, the woman in the video did not survive. The footage was taken during the mid-nineties in Champaign, Illinois. A train enthusiast was videotaping that particular train's last run through the city, and happened to accidentally catch this tragedy on tape.
