I think its despicable. What he put the Packers through last year was not good. Heres an organization that was loyal to him for 17, 18 years, provided stability of organization, provided players. It just wasnt about Brett Favre. In this day and time, we have glorified the Brett Favres of the world so much, they think its about them. He goes to New York and bombs. Hes 39 years old. How would you like Ray Nitschke in his last year (playing for) the Vikings, or I retire, and go play for the Packers. I kind of hope it happens, so he can fail.

I think he has been a great flamboyant quarterback, but he has made more stupid plays than any great quarterback that Ive ever seen. Look at his final game in a Packers uniform. He blew that game against the Giants. Hes playing against Eli Manning(notes), I love Eli Manning, but hes still not a great quarterback. Hes not Peyton yet, or Tom Brady(notes). Hes just a guy. And theyre (Packers) are playing at home, and theyre in a tight situation, they went to overtime and he (Favre) throws the interception that allows them (the Giants) to come back and win the game. He has done that and driven his coaches crazy all of his career.

Second paragraph comes accross as petty moreso than anything else.

First one is spot-on though.

Pretty ridiculous, he should have gone out as a fan favorite with the Packers. Wonder how much of that is added and abetted by Bus Cook's 'benevolent' encouragement whispered in his ear? When Bus should be telling him to get a grip and go out like a man, with a little dignity.

Glad I never had to see Elway say "I always wanted to be a Raider". like Romo did. I never forgave him for that kick to the groin.

I really don't care for what Farve has done since leaving the Packers, but Tark really comes off as a hater. His basic point is understandable, but he put way too much on it.

Heard on the way into work this morning, I agree with him, I'm sick of this attention whore.
