I've actually started eating grape nuts. It is somewhat distressful with all the hard pebble food forms but over all not a bad way to start the day.

Thoughts???

They were named after the inventor Russle Grovertin. His wife used to mock his small testicles and would always call him Grape Nuts. She mysteriously dissappeared right before he sold the recipe to Post and he was so distraught he named them after her.

To this day no one knows what happened to Mrs. Grovertin.

Why do they call it Ovaltine? The mug is round. The jar is round. They should call it round tine. You know what I’m talking about.

The popular energy drink Red Bull has long been fashionable within certain social circles — including college students, party-goers, clubbers, gamers and other all-nighters — for it’s ability to keep you up and going as well as it’s ability to “give you wings”. However, questions as to how exactly you get these “wings” are now appearing after a recent German study found trace amounts of cocaine within the trendy drink.

Take 5 or 6 Fiber tablets before any large meal and you will not need to eat bark for breakfast.

I love the Trailmix fruit and nut breakfast bars. Throw in some fiber supplements and you will set your watch by your bowels.

I'm addicted to Raisin Bran Crunch. I eat a bowl with 4 eggs every morning. I'm supposed to swap it with oats, but I can't bring myself to.

Oatmeal rocks in the winter. Put some wiped cream on it, pure winter comfort food.

I love them, but you have to be careful with Grapenuts. They have an awful lot of iron in them, like half the RDA in just half a cup, and men frequently get too much Iron. The high fiber and calcium from the milk will limit the amount your body will absorb to a degree, but you should probably have some fresh fruit with them and watch your portion control so you don't over-iron yourself.

I haven't had grape nuts in ages. I just remember dumping sugar on them as a kid.

Right now I can't get enough of these for breakfast.

When you are around 12-15 years old a man can't get enough of chicks. When you get into your 30's that same man can't get enough fiber.
