Some options not likely to be on any other lists in this thread: ;)

Save Ferris - It Means Everything Easy to listen to all the way through...good songs the whole time.

Buck-O-Nine - Twenty-Eight Teeth Same as above.

Aqua - Aquarius Not the album with Barbie Girl...the one after that. I love all the songs on this album. I think maybe I have such a fondness to it because it takes me back to some really great times in high school and my mind just sets to daydream and think about those days when I hear it.

EDIT:

White Zombie - Astro-Creep: 2000 Good stuff all-around on here, plus Rob Zombie's insert artwork is cool.

Thinking of different albums, Korn's self-titled is their debut CD...one your thinking of is their untitled CD that came out just a few years ago.

Last night I was watching Classic Albums on VH1 or something. And they had John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band on there. I just recently started to check into The Beatles and don't know their music much yet, nor do I know any of the "after Beatles stuff".
But I must say, from the few clips they played of John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band I was extremely impressed and this will definitely be the next album I get my hands on.

Man, I'm not gonna pick a less popular album just to come off as a bigger fan. For me, Dark Side is the best Floyd album, but you're right, Wish You Were Here is RIGHT up there. Shine On You Crazy Diamond is right up there with Echoes for their best song. Greatest regret of my life is that my dad didn't take me to see them during Pulse(I was like, 4, but still). I know, I hate that ****. I know lots of 311 fans who don't like "Amber" or "Love Song" just because alot of common people love those songs but don't know any other 311 songs. I love those songs, and they're great songs, so why should I have some kind of obligation to dislike them because they brought bandwagoners?

That's like hating the fact that the Broncos are winning because it brings in bandwagon fans. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.
