And when I say sausage, I also include all your salamis, pepperonis, boudins, all the wursts, cooked or dry, of every linkage know to man. Patties are also welcome.

I have to go with Hebrew National knockwurst. It has a rich complexity and depth of flavor that is best all by itself (no bread), with a bit of mustard.

Well, not including my little Pedro, I would have say my favorite sausage is a good winter salami consumed on a long ski avec some kraft singles and two juice boxes of bartles&james.

I usually use this Canino's mild italian sausage when I make meatballs. One time I had a couple of leftovers and threw them on the grill. Really excellent grilled. Incredible with a good, cold beer.

far as sausage goes, LOVE those cheddar infused beer brats from johnsonville.

BUT - IF WE'RE TALKIN PIG, you gotta talk bacon too....and THE BEST place to get bacon is at the Original Pancake House. That bacon is seriously made from mutant pigs or something. Thick, juicy, giant, tasty seasoned mutant pigs.

Everyone needs to try it.

No, I guess it is more south. (I think) Like 44th and 70 or something like that. They had the best ****ing bacon wrapped fillets EVER.

Bratwursts while tailgating or camping and drinking cold beer = great times!

I like to pick up a package of fresh uncooked brats at the local meat market (how can anyone keep a straight face with this conversation?) toss them in a pot with beer and onions and boil em prior to grilling them.

No Edwards is at 44th and Ward Rd. This german deli is at 58th way west of Wadsworth Blvd.

Edwards is still the place for sausages and butcher cut of meat, and wild game. Love their Rabbit!, and my dogs love their "SawMeat". ;D
