Gabe Watson Signs RFA Tender

Cardinals nose tackle Gabe Watson, a restricted free agent, has signed his one-year tender offer, according to a league source.
Watson is now under contract for $1.545 million in 2009.
The fourth-round pick in the 2006 draft was tendered at the second-round level.
Watson started 16 games in 2007. In 2008, he had eleven regular-season appearances, and he played in every postseason game. His only start of the year came in the Super Bowl.

This guy is 26...and good. He played at Michigan. He would cost the same as Brace did, but obviusly would be our starter from day 1!
He is 6'3, 332 lbs
