This thread is for discussion on guys you are interested as Free Agents once the draft is over.

Right now i am trying to figure out, how the hell Rashad Jennings is still available. That guy is going to be a major steal for some lucky team(will be happy if it is us)

Curious to see where Kory Sperry lands. Not sure he is a good fit for Denver but just to seems to be a matchup nightmare.

Chris Baker (DL)
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 326
College: Hampton
Conference: MEAC
Hometown: Windsor, CT
High School: Windsor
View Combine Page >>

Combine Results:
40 Yard Dash : 5.12 seconds
Bench Press : 24.0 reps
Vertical Jump : 35.5 inches
Broad Jump : 106.0 inches
3 Cone Drill : 7.56 seconds
20 Yard Shuttle : 4.51 seconds

Overview
Baker struggled with off-field incidents at Penn State. He was suspended from the team at the end of the 2007 season and finally dismissed from the Nittany Lions in July 2008 after pleading guilty to two counts of misdemeanor assault and criminal trespass following two fights in 2007. He received two years of probation. Baker showed versatility playing at defensive end in a 3-4 after starting the year at nose tackle for Hampton. He earned first-team All-MEAC honors with 62 tackles, 16.5 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks. Baker and his family decided it was time to leave the Pirates after his redshirt junior season, but character concerns follow him into the NFL.

Chris Baker is a huge DT. If he slips out of this draft, we need to get him in Denver.

He has some off the field issues, but as a UDFA? There is no risk.

Quan Cosby would be a great fit as well.

I cant believe Jennings just got picked!! He is going to be a stud, perfect fit in Jville too.

Any DL must be brought in, especially Baker if he falls out of the draft.

McD said in his wra-up Press Conference that they will be targetting 15-18 UDFAs and that will begin right after pick 256 is over.

I would like to see Hypolite. He fits what McD is looking for. Tough, smart, versatile, and competitive.

Since we didn't address our front 7 in the draft, IMO we need to bring as many players off this list as we can to compete! There are still lots of 3-4 DE's and OLB's...not so many NT's though.

3-4 DE
Everette Pedescleaux, Northern Iowa (6-6, 305)
Zach Potter, Nebraska (6-7, 279)
Khalif Mitchell, East Carolina (6-5, 318)
Pannel Egboh, Stanford (6-6, 276)

Nose Tackles
Chris Baker, Hampton (6-2, 326)
Antonio Dixon, Miami (6-3, 324)

3-4 OLB
Lee Robinson, Alcorn State (6-2, 249)
Julius Williams, Connecticut (6-2, 252)
Pierre Walters, Eastern Illinois (6-4, 269)
Jovan Belcher, Maine (6-2, 243)
Phillip Hunt, Houston (6-1, 244)
Jamaal Westerman, Rutgers (6-2, 257)

Sam Swank W FOREST. What happened with this guy? I remember last year we had people wanting us to wait to draft a kicker cause they were so high on him. No idea how he did this year but he has impressive leg strength.

Got this from kffl.com

Denver Broncos: Travis Shelton (WR) Temple
Denver Broncos: Everette Pedescleaux I really like the Pedescleaux signing. The good thing about 3-4 defensives is you can find good 3-4 defensive ends late in draft and as UDFA.
