What one player in this draft do you think has the most 'bust' potential?

I think Josh Freeman, QB, Kansas State does.

Rey-Rey and Haywood-Bey

Rey-Rey and Haywood-Bey

I could see Heyward-Bey being a bust.

Robert Ayers is another potential bust in my opinion.

The guy only kicked it up a notch when he smelled the paycheck coming up.

Stafford, Just do not see him as more than a Trent Dilfer type QB

Andre Smith OL Ala has proved at the combine he is the biggest bust so I'd go with him.

Ayers hands down and I'm getting pissed at all the mocks that are starting to show us taking him at 12

I forgot to mention Anubis, I just do not think he will be an NFL caliber kicker :)

Im concerned that Orakpo is the next Ghoulston.

I also have a bad feeling about Heyward - Bay. . . .

These "physical freaks" often don't pan out. Both the above guys are absolute workout warriors with freakish measurables.

Maybin is the most likely to bust for me. Too young, too inexperienced. I think he's benefited the most from running around in shorts for the last 4 months.

Beenie Wells...with Josh freeman a very close second

BJ Raji, Rey Maualuga, and DHB. They also have some of the more intriguing skills in the draft. Quite possibly three picks in the first 15. By contrast, the most sure things in this draft IMO... Tyson Jackson, James Laurinaitis, and Brian Cushing.

LMAO, I knew you would show up. Did the NFL invite you to New York to sit in the green room with the rest of the guys???

Yea! Ill probably be kicking back with the crazy Samoan for most of the day. Im also trying to get Cedric to show up even though he is projected to go in the second or third. But i know people..... !Booya!

Crabtree. Doesn't run disciplined routes not terribly fast.

Percy Harvin should be mentioned. Some have said he's not too bright and has character issues. He's explosive and talented, but he's the kind of guy if he busts it could be ugly, like Maurice Clarett ugly.

People I think will fail:

Harvin, Andre Smith, Rey Maualuga, Clay Matthews, Orakpo, Everette Brown, and Vontae Davis.

Tyson Jackson....still waiting for someone to explain the hype on this guy other than "he's a 5 tech DE".

Aaron Maybin, DE/OLB, Penn State is another player I want Denver to pass on.

Seems like everybody isn't too fond of us taking one of the DE/OLB tweeners like Maybin and Brown. Give those guys a year or two and they might be elite pass rushers.

Biggest bust potential, given the amount of hype? Aaron Curry IMO. This guy is getting hyped up to be the next best LB and I can just see him never living up to those expectations.

Crabtree and Heyward-Bey. I can actually see a lot of guys busting that people are naming. I think the safest bets are Curry, the two RBs and Mack.

I am going to say Maclin or Raji from players projected in the top 10. Raji is only where he is because he is the only top DT in the draft and is benefiting from it. Maclin is explosive but played in space with Mizzou and won't get that in the NFL. He will be lucky to turn into a Santana Moss. I don't think he will.

11-20 I see some of those tweener DE/LB types busting in this area. Tough to predict which ones but a couple of them will.

Pass on all these DE/OLB hybid types. Maybin, Orakpo, Ayers etc. and get
similar players in round 2+.

traditional LBers seem to work out well in the 1st round.

No doubt....hope I am wrong as well.

I am intrigued by the fact that Denver plans on playing him at multiple positions.

Denver needs him to be a lot more productive than he was in college.

I'm going to go with the faiders first 2 picks, heyward-bey and mitchell (?). This mitchell kid was picked early in the 2nd round, but wasn't even in the Profootball- Weekly draft preveiw guide! Believe me, that is unusual. They have just about everybody in there.

As for the safest pick? I know I am biased, but barring an injury in TC, Knowshon will be our starter on day one in Sept., and by year-end will probably be vying for offensive ROY. The sky's the limit for this kid, I really believe it.
