Not sure if this should be a new thread or not, but here goes:

Round 1, pick 12

Tyson Jackson, LSU, DE

Round 1, pick 18

Chris "Beanie" Wells, Ohio State, RB

Round 2, pick 48

Ron Brace, Boston College, DT

Round 3, pick 79

Paul Kruger, Utah, DE

Round 3, pick 84

Patrick Chung, Oregon, S

Round 4, pick 114

Johnny Knox, Abilene Christian, WR

Round 5, pick 149

Coye Francies, San Jose State, CB

Round 6, pick 185

Brian Hoyer, Michigan State, QB

Round 7, pick 225

Worrell Williams, Cal, LB

Round 7, pick 235

Nick Hennessey, Colgate, G

----------------------------------------------------------

Pretty good mock, I think. Worrell might be useless at the pro level, but I'm stupid and think brothers on the same team is a cool idea. I don't think Chung will be there with for either of our 3rd round picks. I'd prefer either Brown or Moreno to Wells, although Wells would certainly bring a different dimension to our current RB group.

I'd take that

Chung will not be there at 84... Sure I would take that draft class, but I do not think it is a reality.

Hell, Tyson Jackson probably won't be there.

He was fine with me until round 4 and then it went all downhill.

Give me Moreno instead of Wells and a kicker on day 2 and it would be a great draft.

I'd take that

Jackson, Wells, Brace, Chung, Knox... LOTS OF WIN RIGHT THERE!

The problem with alot, if not all of these mocks, is that the experts all base their picks on what they view a particular teams needs to be. In reality, most teams draft on a BPA basis, with need being a 2nd tier consideration if 2 players are close in their ratings and they NEED one and not the other.

QB is probably the only real exception.

An example is how many mocks have us taking Brace. I'd love him, but there's every chance he won't be there either because some other team takes him or trade up to get him.
