I'll be sacrificing some Birds to the football gods for this one, and unless there's some major change in the parking situation, I'll be in my usual spot.
Just have to find one of those 6-leggged turkeys.:wiggle:

Guy's I am pleased to announce that after being a Bronco fan since I can remember (i'm 26 now) and attending many away games (hey, i was in college and it's cheaper to drive to games when you live in KY) I will be attending my 1st HOME game at this game!!!!! My wife has family in Denver and we'll be in town for Thanksgiving. Ironicly enough her family is from NY and it's a Giants game. Don't worry, their Bronco fans, but still ironic. I can't wait to see you guys!!!
Help me out a bit as to where to tailgate at.

Post it on the tickets thread too. And just be patient. If the economy keeps going in the crapper, you'll find tickets or if the season goes in the crapper you'll find tickets.

Want to come out and tailgate for the first time at this one, what the best place to go, need to room to smoke some turkeys and set up a tent. Lots open at noon for Xgiving? I do not have a permit so will need a cash lot, any suggestions.

this would be awesome, a tailgate turkey dinner for thanksgiving.
I might talk my family into going to Mile High for thanksgiving instead of Chicago to see family. It might work.

Okee dokee.
Re the grub: let's touch base when it gets closer. I'm definately making deep fried turkey/ turkeys (depending on the amount of peeps) and we'll probably just do a full thankgivng meal.
Yams, Stuffing, veggies, pies, and .....drinks.
I love thanksgiving and hate having a home game on this traditional "stay at home and watch the Lions get beat day".

Hi everyone long time Bronco fan here;
My wife got me the best anniversery present ever, we are flying down renting an RV and catching 2 games. We try to get to Denver for at least one game a year used to catch Denver and Seattle every year but now Alaska airlines goes to Denver yeehaa! Anyway we were there 2 years ago with 6 kids and a RV met an awesome couple with an RV but lost contact info, and we would like to hookup with other cool fans and to bring down some fresh Alaskan seafood to trade for Thanksgiving and some info on tailgating. Thanks and Go Broncos ,Tim and Cory from SE Alaska

Well, haven't seen a Bronco game in Mile High since 1996.
About time I started using my frequent flyer miles from all the travel I do at work.
Airline tickets are reserved. Hotel room reserved. Working on game tickets.
I must be nuts, but I can't think of a better way to spend Thanksgiving.

I posted this in another thread but haven't gotten any feedback:
Hello.
As I've stated before, I'm tailgating for the first time on Thanksgiving. I'm reading the broncos website and it says that lot c and lot m are available on a first come, first serve basis.
My question is, when do I need to get there for those lots, and is it worth it to show up that early or are the other lots just as good? It seems like a great lot, is right by the stadium, etc. Is there anything else I should know?

the best way i can describe it to you is to scale it down.
Lets say there are 100 spaces in lot C. there are 70 parking passes out for lot C, that means 30 spaces are first come first served. after those 30 the rest are reserved for permits. obviously there are more than 100, but i dont know the ratio to passes/open spaces. Its $30

Hey Guys, Seeing how i'm coming in from out of town and this will be my 1st home game, is there a place that the Mainers get to gether at? Near a gate or a certian lot? We'll be taking the light rail in and walking. I'm planning on bringing a cooler but would need a place to put it during the game. Besides "drinks" what else can i bring to help out the tailgate?? I will be with 4 other people. Thanks for the help!
