Sorry I couldn't make it by yesterday but I had to stop by the hospital for some x-rays (cracked a frigging rib working on my truck the night before).
I'll be doing the "vicodin shuffle) for a while. Just getting old and brittleROFL!

If you guys gather tonight and if everything is ready for tomorrow we'll try to stop by for a drink.

We're bringing enough breakfast casserole and green chile for the early folks and I'll prep a bunch of stuffed jalapenoes tonight.
If anyone wants to bring some chips or dips it would be appreciated. I'll probably make one or two dips, but it looks like we'll have about 20-30+ peeps by the time everyone shows up.

I didn't do much tailgating on Saturday. The Southward family was up for their first game since we planted Brandon's tree dedication in 2005 and we had lunch at the Dark Horse. Didn't get over to Farrand until maybe 12:30.

I second that. Kevin helped with the food for the maners also but with so much food leftover, we tried to eat as much as possible. MS said we would be bumping the Lose Weight thread and I think that might happen. So may brauts and Dodger dog weiners. I owe a few of you some beer so come down to SD this year.

1. Somebody left a bunch of Coors light in the fridge. I only know a few peeps who touch the stuff (CBF and Adam, and maybe there are few more confused beer drinkers:wiggle:) Hopefully someone will stop by in the future and drink that "swill".
2. I ended up with enough hamburger buns to open up a burger joint, and I don't do burgers that often. (Thanks Kevin) I guess the Canadian geese need to fill up for their flight south.

Anywhoo, it was fun meeting you guys, but next time I'm not bringing as much food because you guy eat like baby birds.

As for TGN thinking we eat like birds, we must have saved it after you left because we cooked up some of MN7s brauts and gobbled some of them down. Personally, I had two of those "Dodger Dogs" Kevin bought and 4 brauts throughout the day. Maybe everyone is on a diet but charging at least a small fee between you and Kevin might think we arent intruding and try to get our money's worth :giggle: . Too afraid to offend? Trade food for beer might work too. Regardless, I think all of us birds had a good time and were appreciative that we had a home for OM weekend. :thanku:

When I say "make yourself at home", it means don't be bashful. I hauled so much food home it's ridiculous. ( I had another pan of breakfast stuff, a couple of quarts of green chili, a pan of beans, a couple dozen "rattlesnake...whatevers you called them"/ jalapenoes, about 10 pounds of carnitas and more...........and that's not counting stuff people stored in the rv.

Next time I'll get a translator so you guys understand the grubb is free.;D

That really sucks, I take that back then, that ain't FUNNY at all. Those wine and cheesers really need to lighten up and realize that it is a tailgate. Your going to get die hard Bronco fans out there while they are there just to sit and sip wine. That is why I hate the club level, they don't care about the game, they just care about how they look.
