I have a lot of respect for Rich. He has some pretty good connections. I just hope this scenario never plays out. I would be disappointed.

Rick Gossellin is usually a good source of info--Josh Freeman? and I tought that Sanchez would be a horrific pick......This literally would be the cherry on top of a woefully horrific offseason that started off with so much promise, but has wound up turning into a pile of dung. I'd rather trade our #12 to the Texans and hire GARY KUBIAK as HC than draft a future washout.

Holy crap, that would be a ****fest of a draft.

A QB with questionable brains who would be a bad fit for Mcdaniels system if there ever was one and a one-gap penetrator who has no place in a 3-4.

I agree that drafting Freeman there would be a mistake, and a startling admission by the McD crew(I refuse to call them the Broncos Brain Trust until they prove that they arent just here to destroy the franchise) that they handled the Cutler situation as poorly as everyone else knows they did. I say that because Freeman is a similar player to Culter...he's a rifle-armed, mobile, big guy who has been a playmaker in college. Why trade Cutler to develop a lesser Cutler? McD will be looking for a Sam Bradford type, but will not want to pay that kind of price.

Kiper has Freeman in the mid second round. Goose has him higher, obviously, and from what Ive seen of Freeman, I think that Goose is closer to the truth.

No way in hell Maybin gets drafted before Orakpo.

And no way is Tyson Jackson a top 10 pick. I think he he will go in the middle of the first, but in Sporting News' NFL Draft Issue it has him going to us in the SECOND ROUND.

Gosselin is traditionally pretty solid. You'll see his picks mimicked by other draft "experts".

Only his last mock is solid. This is his first draft.

That is a piss poor mock.

That would literally make me vomit. I love Peria, but he's not a 3/4 Dlineman. Freeman? **** that noise. Nolan's hybrid would have to be more 4/3 than 3/4. And four RBs in the first round?

I expect better from Gosselin....he is usually one of the best in the business.

The mock draft he releases right before the draft is usually solid.

This mock represents his player evaluations. He thinks that Freeman is pretty good...Denver would be the first QB needy team to take him in this version of Goose's draft.

After reading this, I have zero respect for the guy and think he is a tool.

Penetrating DT. Would rather have a wide body but I'm not seeing any that make sense with our 1st round picks. I was more pointing out that Maualuga was available for us in that mock and I'd much rather have him than any QB.

if Brian Orakpo falls to #12 and Raji isn't there and we pass on him for Freeman. i can't begin to describe how pissed off i'd be.

Since when did 'hoodies' draft QB's before the 6th round?? ;D

As multiple people have said, don't get too riled up. He will have one next week that will be different, but it is the last one to pay attention to the day of the draft.

Remember, this was based on his top players, not really how he sees this unforlding, that will come on his 3rd Mock Draft.

Yeah, no way in hell Broncos take Freeman at #12. If anything, you would think he would be there at #18 so I will go on the record and say Freeman at #12 won't happen. I will bet anybody here $500.00 cold cash that won't happen. In fact, I'll bet $1000.00 that won't happen.

Shouldn't have taken 10 posts for this.

Gosselin's first 2 mocks traditionally suck, his last one is the only one worth looking at.
