Let's hear yours

I think Raji could fall because of the drug test
12 Raji
18 Beanie Wells

I might be crazy but I really dont think we are going after Rey M. Cushing or Mathews makes more sense to me at 18 then Rey.

Wells??? Really, we picked up 3 backs in free agency not to mention the all those left over from last year

valid point,, I just want a crazy somoan on our team like polamalu. I'd be happy with beanie at 18, that guy is good.

on that point, i don't think we're going after a RB, for Drunk Monkeys exact reason.

If Raji isn't there at 12, trade down a little and pick up some more picks.
They need quantity.

Raji and Rey Rey would be the perfect 1st round IMO. The run would be officially stopped next year.

I will take quality over quantity. I would rather have 2 stud Defensive players than 10 average players.

12. Tyson Jackson, DE, LSU
18. Clay Mathews, OLB, USC

is Matthews the real deal? I must admit I don't know that much about him?

Pretty much what I was thinking. If both USC OLB's are taken I wont cry about it either.

If only the Denver Broncos defense had 10 average players + a healthy Champ on it last season.....

12) BJ Raji (could potentially slide with drug test). Sanchez (could potentially fall). Other targets - Tyson Jackson (for DE) or Orakpo (for OLB).
18) Larry English (I think he could be the best SAM available), second choice Connor Barwin (incredible athlete, great production, smart kid). Could take an offensive slider (Maclin or Wells).

I'll take Raji and any one of the 3 USC LB'ers.

But i'm not gonna cry when/if we take Beanie Wells :wiggle:

They have to go defensive line.
It won't matter which LB they take if the DL isn't upgraded.

God, if Orakpo slides... awww, now I gotta go clean up.

12. Raji/Orakpo (I'm dreaming)
18. Rey

Ill go with Maualuga and Ayers. The D becomes physical and intimidating overnight.

I like Jerry. He doesn't get all the pub, but he would be a good pickup.

I liek that pick,, the low key players always seem to turn out great.

I like him more than Cushing. Rey Rey is not very fast but we do not need him to be if we play a 3-4.

I think Rey and BJ would be nice and then a DE in the second and a saefty in the third.

Yeah I hope Raji falls to #12 and we can get a Tyson Jackson at #18. Either way I think we go OLD/DE and DT if they are there.

The more I hear about Raji, the more the character issues concern me. I'm starting to think he will drop to 12. Just not sure it's such a great idea to take him there.

I'll go with...

12 Ayers (to play OLB)
18 Peria Jerry (or Cushing/Matthews)

I'll also predict that Maulauga won't be picked at either spot and no offensive players will be drafted with these first 2 picks.

Couldn't agree more, doesn't character issues matter? There is a big red flag with this guy and it will get worse when you surround him with tons of money.

yea who knows for sure, but he's been sliding according to the latest mocks i've been looking at...

the last one i saw, he just slipped out of the the 1st round into early 2nd round...can't remember which site it was but i'm fairly certain he'll be considered a reach at the #12 spot now...

Mackiln, Crabtree, & Hayward-Bey may all go before him...

at #12 i ONLY want to see us go defense...i'd be upset even if Crabtree fell to us and we picked him...

we need defense badly...

I honestly haven't heard much about him lately. I was just picking someone different in these choices. I think Crabtree might fall. I'd prefer going D too but, I'm not assuming anything with Baskin.
