Who wants to work for an employer/boss that has LIED to you? Who wants to work for an employer/boss you have zero respect for because they have LIED to you? Put yourself in Cutler's position. Maybe he could have shown more leadership, but what leadership has the owner and the coach shown? They have LIED the entire way, refused to ackowledge the LIE and refuse to address the LIE with the player. Think of your career, when your employer/boss has LIED to you, what -- utlimately -- has been your eventual decision or action. To work for a LIAR you have no respect for? The owner and the coach LIED. That's what started the fiasco! They continued to LIE about how the trade talks developed. They have LIED the entire way. No where to run and LIE now. It's on the owner and the coach. And remember, the owner is in charge and the coach says we're lookng to improve all areas of the team. Does that include the coaching staff too? Or have we been LIED to, too?
