Dikes are higher than they were then.
They are out with the clay tonight and are building more.
The problem is that it is starting to rain...clay is too slick when wet.

It really effed up Grand Forks the last Big Flood they had 10 or 12 years ago. I remember when Chris was at UND you could still see the high water marks 8' up the sides of some of the buildings
