I haven't heard a peek from Champ Bailey on this whole Jay Cutler mess. I wonder what he thinks..? You would think since he is a 'team captain' maybe he could put in a word to Jay about playing for his 'Teammates'.

He's a professional, that's why we haven't heard from him.

Probably because Champ, like the rest of the broncos (sans Scheffler), does not know what the heck is going on.

I love how you ask for Champ's opinion, and then provide one for him toexpress.

Not so fast, I'm sure Champ and the rest of the broncos already are aware of what a whinny little bitch Jay is from his constant pouting during losses last season.

Champ is too busy being a professional and honoring his contract. He's not crying that his coach or other teammates were moved. He's just being a pro.

Champ is staying quiet, waiting for that big extension. Hopefully the Broncos give it to him, or he will follow Jay out the door.

peek? or peep.

It's funny how no (zero) other BRONCOS haven't come out and got involved in this...maybe because the other players, even first and second year guys, get that this is the NFL and not the SEC.

Khan made a comment yesterday about how Champ despises Cutler. I kind of want to hear more about that.

Certainly helps that he'll be collecting $8.5 mil this year, minimum, after coming off one of his worst seasons as a pro.

Since none of the players can possibly know what has all happened other than contradictory "news" stories, it's better they say nothing.

Yep, that's the word on the street. The guy is known around the league for being a whiner and he's certainly doing a good job building up his reputation. But this is all McD's fault...

Who cares what he thinks as Bob Slowik was his hand picked DC for 2008.
If anyone should've been shopped, it should've been Champ.

Did he sit in on the interview?

No, he just had the professionalism to support the appointed coach. Most professional athletes do.

We'll see. It's about 50/50 I think.
