I found these little english muffins in the frozen food section. They cut out the middle and replace it with gravy, eggs, bacon and cheese. You warm them up and have a pretty damn good breakfast as far as frozen foods go. They are called breakfast pizza. While it would seem like the obvious choice of names I would have come up with something more eye catching like maybe "processed breakfast foodish source"

Im the same way. What I do instead is make up a huge batch of green chili and freeze it into single use sized containers. Then on weekend mornings I just take one out and warm it in the micro while cooking up my potatos, bacon and eggs.

Well the only way to make chili is to make a ton of it and cook it for hours. :thanku: But yea that does sound good.

Gravy is easy. Make a roux. Add your warm liquid. Keep stirring. Reduce. No problemo.

If you roast chicken or beef or turkey, just add water to the baking pan, salt and pepper it, let it boil, add cornstarch for thickener. Simplicity.

I swear by Cookies BBQ sauce, I grew up in Iowa and for the longest time that is the only place I could find it.

Just last summer I noticed Sams Club (at least the one by us in Aurora) carried it, they also have a rub now

Cookies, never even heard of it but i'll watch for it at Sams this summer.

I made the mistake of trying "kraft" brand BBQ once when it was on sale. :nono: what a joke that **** is.

Barbeque sauce is pretty simple to make but if you have to by a store brand, just try to buy something w/o high fructose corn syrup. Cheap ingredient means pretty cheap sauce (IE. Krafts).

Stubbs is pretty tasty (uh-oh, I think it has corn syrup, damn, well its good anyway)
