Is this one of those stoic posts?

Edit: Oh I see it now. I've never been that mad. I kind of felt that way when we took Crowder, whom I never cared for. After Middlebrooks, Foster and several others, I think I expected crappy selections.

If they're good. Drafting a 9'4 - 143 pound defensive end who had more experience getting IV's and spending time in the hospital as opposed to the football field wasn't my idea of jerk-off material. The fact that we traded up to get him was even worse. Luckily, there was kickball to be played. Had that not been the case -- I would have made the local news for assault and battery. Jarvis Moss is a ****ing loser. At least we got Tim and Ryan. Tim hasn't done jack-poo, but Ryan is my homie. I was for Tim and Ryan all that year.

I didn't hate the Moss pick, just because after so many years, we bloody finally decided to address the position. YEARS of futility, and not a single first round DE picked.

Anyone remember who the last first round DE was before Moss?

Another Shanahan classic.

We had one of the best MLBs in the game and massive holes all over the defense.

So, what else would you do but draft another MLB so bad he was out of the league in a few years?

The only time I've been really disappointed with a first round pick in recent history, was when we drafted Moss. If we don't draft a defensive player with our first pick, I'll go into Orangmane Cutler-McDaniels fiasco meltdown mode.

Youre confused. My reaction was to Torain. Though Clady wasnt my first choice, I said the whole time that RB and OT were the positions of value at where we were picking. Youre the second person Ive seen confused about this.

Nope, not confused. I know what you think you said, I've been through this with you already. I remember after trying to talk to you like an adult, you put me and about 6 other people on ignore when we didn't agree with you.
