Haha, I'd usually throw this in the Around the NFL thread but it directly effected a guy a lot of us were targeting for the Broncos.

I know, no worries. I literally sit here and work from my apartment with Sirius on all day. Occasionally I put on The Fan but only when I feel like ramming my head through a wall.

Someone must have mistaken a "J" for a "Y" while they wrote the birth certificate drunk. Don't be a racist, Bronclvr.

Sorry-I really have no room to talk-one of my Sons (and his Wife, of course  ) named his Daughter Neveah (pronounced nev-ay-ah) which is Heaven spelled backwards-I'm guilty as charged-

Well, there was a nice crop of Defensive FA's available several weeks ago. Now, not so much. Getting pretty thin.

Swedes have had a hard time adopting English as their primary language.

And that just comes back to the bloated cap room. There's more cap room than there is spending money for most teams. There is nothing to force a free agency to occur. Every team can keep who they want with a variety of methods. Ironically these circumstances are what most people think an uncapped year would be like: Everyone can spend what they want, every team has money. The reality is more money to spend for everyone means fewer free agents because no one hits free agency.

Ironically the uncapped year will mean less money and lower cap room for most teams. Things get very restrictive for both the players and coaches when it comes to uncapped years.

YEP...and that's why I don't think there will be a lockout.

The players may strike, but the Owners will hold all the cards and could destroy the players union.....again (1987)
