The guy will be 37 before the season starts and was to receive 13 mill this year and refused a pay cut.

I imagine he will either not be playing or playing for a whole lot less somewhere else.

Dan Snyder is going to pay him 13 million.

I always love it when players say that they are too insulted to play for more than $5 million with their old team because it's less than the $13 million they were supposed to make.....but then they go to another team and play for $2 million or so for one year.

LOL

I stand corrected. Enjoy the Burgundy and Gold, Marvin.

Remember, these guys made Brandon Lloyd and Javon Walker some of the richest receivers in the league.

HArrison is a Ray Lewis criminal type. He should be out of the league.

He can bring a bunch to the table. But I don't like him as a person. There is no reason to let him in the state of Colorado.

All we heard last year is how Marvin was slowing down. Any reasonable team would pass on him at this point, IMO. However, the Lions haven't drafted receivers very well. Maybe...

There is only one place Marvin Harrison is going. That is Philly where he can control his turf. That guy has some very scary stories being told about him. He isn't Ray Lewis type of criminal he is a Tony Soprano character type criminal.

His coach, Jim Caldwell, said he still looked good. No reason to bring him into Denver, however. If anything, he'd fill the role of wes welker in our offense but Eddie Royal can do it better.

Between Marshall, Royal, Stokley, Scheffler, and Graham, I can't imagine why anyone would think the Broncos should be looking at any free agent WR, let alone one who just refused 5 mill a year to retire with the team he's spent his whole career with.

i am not saying we should sign him to a huge deal, but he is one of the best receivers to ever play the game, he is never a locker room headache, he isn't a douche like TO, Chad Johnson or any of the other clowns in this league, and if after awhile no one signs him to a big deal and he decides to lower his price, i would not mind us bringing him in for a year.

his leadership, experience and attitude would be a good thing to rub off on our younger receivers.

I am not saying we should bring him in, but it wouldn't be a bad move if we did.

It'd be scary if the Pats snag him.

Pardon me for not being clear. I believe you misunderstood my comment. The "maybe" part of my comment was referring to the Lions maybe taking a chance on him.

Don't know if this has been brought up but Marvin has benefited greatly by having Manning throwing him the ball and the fact he has played on the same team. Thirty seven years old, new team, new O, new QB. Stay away

No thanks. I'd rather bring in a young speedster to stretch the field, and nobody that is gonna ask for more then 2 million.

Ya, then he would start taking HGH and suddenly look like he is in the prime of his career again.

There is nothing wrong with a WR making 1.3 million dollars, just 99.9 percent of them make that a year not just a catch like Walker did.
