Every time a certain familiar face showed up on camera Sunday during NBC's Super Bowl pregame show, Channel 4 ran a scroll at the bottom of the screen:

"Matt Millen was president of the Lions for the worst eight-year run in the history of the NFL. Knowing his history with the team, is there a credibility issue as he now serves as an analyst for NBC Sports? ..."
:notworthy

I really think the guy should have taken a year or 2 off. It was too close to his futility to be covering the SB this year. NBC screwed the pooch in my book even if Pat Danlick took a couple of "hard hitting" questions to him.

I had to chuckle when they listed his credentials as a participant in 4 SBs, and not as former anything.

But you know what - shame on the Lions org for employing that clown for 8 f-in years. He could only have preceeded over the worst 8 years in NFL history if the Detroit ownership didnt realize he wasnt up to the task after year 4.
