Wow a lot of those coaches have Bronco ties. Take Nunnely for example, he has been kicking Bronco ass for 3 straight years.

I really like the staff he brought in. I hope it continues with players.

He kept Turner and Dennison which was my chief concern. The only one I have an issue with is Priefer. He's shown he can develop a punter and that's it. As bad as our special teams have been I'm ok with trying him.

Other than that it looks good. Let's see how it goes. I'm sure some of them will be gone a year from today as McDaniels sees who works with what we have and who doesn't.

looks good on paper, lets hope it translates onto the field

One of the things that seems clear up front: McDaniels is not going to be intimidated by experience or threatened by strong and knowledgeable coaches around him.

Good job, Josh! Now, let's draft some monsters on the defensive side of the ball. :strong:

This does look like an impressive lineup.

The only nit pick I have is that I don't think McCoy is better than Bates but it was probably required to avoid conflicts of authority.

Doesn't matter, as McDaniels' is better then Bates.

Not bad. I do have some reservations about Nolan, and I am somewhat disappointed about the STs coach. Like to have had a more successful guy in there, but the last one didn't do so well, so that could be a one year pass for Preifer.

Someone needs to put up a Lombardi here.......

The staff is in place now lets get them something to work with instead of cast offs and retreads or it will all be for nothing.

yea because you have so much inside info that you can accurately call out the S+C of the team and diagnose it as the problem.

Looks like a pretty "ho-hum" bunch to me. But I'll admit, I dont know much about a few of them.

Kaylore, how does one "develop a punter"? That statement was just crazy.:clown:

Nunnley was a great hire IMO but I wasn't impressed with Barone as he didn't get anything out of our TEs outside of Gates (who was already an All Pro before he got here). Manumaleuna regressed this year as a blocker. And he's gotten nothing out of Scott Chandler.

He put fatass Alge Crumpler into the Pro Bowl.

Crumpler, just like Gates was already a Pro Bowler before Barone got there.

He may very well be a good coach. I just didn't see any proof of it here.

Notice all these defensive guys have just as much experience in the 4-3 as the 3-4. That versatility will go a LONG ways for our defense.

What was the name of your old TE coach that we also stole that coaches the gophers now? Now THAT was an awesome TE coach.

Tim Brewster. If you read Fastis' book, that guy was on Scheffler like none other.

Burn a second round pick on one and that is all the developing needed.

Although I have been an ardent supporter of Shanahan, this post definitely is accurate and somewhat encouraging.

Scheffler is already a Pro Bowl TE if he can stay healthy for a full year.

maybe not in the AFC. gonzalez and gates are perennial locks. hell constantly be fighting for 3rd spot.

Rather have a probowl quality TE, whether or not he actually goes to Hawaii or Miami or where ever the f they send it.

yea because you have so much inside info that you can accurately call out the S+C of the team and diagnose it as the problem.

The "inside info" isn't necessary to realize that Tuten is a disaster. We have oft-injured, undersized, too-weak, easily-winded players that always fade in the 3rd and 4th quarters while our opponents seem to get stronger.

How is that not the strength and conditioning coaches fault?
