Is he some kind of smarty? It looks like he graduated in 3 years.
01/08/09 - Everette Brown just had one of the best seasons for a defensive end in Florida State history and now he feels it's time to move to the NFL. Brown announced Wednesday he will forgo his senior season and enter the 2009 NFL Draft. "In making my decision, I took everything into account," Brown said through a university release, "but my final decision was made based on what was wise for me at this point in my life." The move was of little surprise. Brown recorded 13.5 sacks and 21.5 tackles for loss this season and graduated in December. Brown's 21.5 tackles for loss in 2008 is the third-best single-season total in FSU history. His 13.5 sacks ties him with Reinard Wilson for No. 3 on the single-season charts. "I came into the program as a boy and I am now leaving as a man," Brown said. - Derek Redd, The Palm Beach Post
