Shouldn't that be leading with the helmet personal foul or have the rules changed on that. I remember back when the Broncos were getting penalized and fined left and right for any helmet looking hit.

Well the announcers are saying (and take this for what it's worth) he lead with his shoulder so it would not be considered a helmet to helmet. Doesn't matter though, hope McGahee is okay.
