Broncos veteran center Casey Wiegmann is headed to Hawaii afterall.

The standout lineman was named to the AFC Pro Bowl team Tuesday. He will replace Tennessee center Kevin Mawae, who tore a tendon in his arm and will miss four months after surgery.

The game will be played at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, on Feb. 8 at 2:30 p.m. (NBC).

Wiegmann was selected as a first alternate after excelling in his 13th season. He helped anchor a Broncos offensive line that allowed a league-low 12 sacks.

He joined the Broncos' roster as a free agent before this season.

It will be Wiegmann's first trip to the Pro Bowl. He joins quarterback Jay Cutler and receiver Brandon Marshall as Denver players on the AFC roster.

Well technically he made at least one right choice, he left KC and became a Bronco.

And had the best year of his career. Too bad that crappy team held him down for so many years.
