Shanahan firing, calling McD as the front runner the entire process and then Nolan.

Has he ever been wrong on a Denver move?

Anyone still "doubting his sources"?

He said that we wanted Leinart! Not Cutler in the Draft. Schefter is very well connected, like The Godfather.

Lombardi scooped him on the firing....and that Goodman would be the GM.

Not 1.000, but Ted Williams would rise from the grave, kill people, and eat their tasty brains for an average like Shefts.

So be it. As for the Goodman call... wasn't that obvious?

I got the runs from a restaurant he recommended once. So no, not 1.000.

not when Lombardi called it....

...it's what they've already been doing.

Not really a big deal either way, I guess maybe the wording of the thread should be has he ever been wrong then...?

i thought it was. usually a team will hire the GM first and then let him have some say in the pick for the new HC.

we went straight for the HC and Goodman was in on the entire process. he has been our GM minus the official title.
