Bowlen exploiting the black plight?

OK, Im not saying he is doing this with certainty but its something to consider. Ive read from numerous places that Bowlen wants to find an all 10s coach who will help him win a super bowl (according to his press conference) but he wants to pay them minimally...or so theyve been saying. OK, assuming this is true, has anyone considered that what Bowlen is doing might be predatory or exploitive because he knows black coaches feel the pressure to take positions, even if theyre not paid well, so they can advance the black cause (ie that there should be more black head coaches)?

Does anyone see this or are you still blinded by Obama Zeitgeist?

that is so stupid. it isn't exactly like he is going after no name minority coaches. he is going after higher profile coaches. just because the papers are saying he doesn't want to pay a new coach much doesn't mean it's true.
if he was seriously considering bringing Garett or Spags, that means he was willing to give a coach a contract in the 4 million a year range, because Garett makes 3mill a year and Spags is a very high profile coordinator making around 2mill. no way would Bowlen be able to give them contracts worth less than 4mill a year.
so i don't buy that he is trying to find a minority coach and low ball him, because he owes Mike money still.
