TheReverend

Nice call. Are they playing 3-3-5 on passing downs?

Yes and no... occasionally yes.

Their base D is a weird hybrid between the 3-4 and 4-3 too.

Clancy's a 4-3 guy, but Whiz wanted to bring some parts of Pitts 3-4 with him, so they sat down and worked out a hybrid where Okeafor is more of a 4-3 Sam now and sometimes Bert Berry is a stand-up rusher, and... well it's absurdly confusing but insanely effective for turnovers.

That's what I love about him. EXTREMELY adaptable outside his comfort zone.

he says

"If only every game were as easy as this one. Seriously I’m not even joking when I say this is the biggest lay-up of all time. If there was such a thing as a bazillion star play this would be it. There is no way the Carolina Panthers don’t maul the Cardinals tonight. In fact, I’d still take Carolina even if they were -27. I’m not even joking. This is as confident as I’ve ever been about a game in my life. In fact if the Panthers don’t cover the 10 points, I swear I’ll get the Cardinals logo tattooed on my ass and will never give a mortal lock pick for the rest of my life. That’s how confident I am in this game. So I'm begging every Stoolie in the country to put their entire life savings on this game. And all I ask in return is that you buy 4 shirts."

It's not so much her appearance as that when Kurt was like the #1 overall fantasy football draft pick a few years back (before his hand was injured and he started to suck), the TV cameras panned over to her every single week. It became incredibly annoying because she is irrelevant to the game.

It seems unlikely that they will even if they do win. Do they do that with all of the football wives or was there something special about them as a couple?

I think for the sake of AZ, I can just turn the channel when they show her. I just want them to get a championship. Plus ya got to figure he's gonna retire soon enough. Then we can be treated to hot tub photos of Matt Leinhart with random coeds

For several years, the media just couldn't get enough of the "cinderella" (I-was-bagging-groceries-and-now-I'm-in-the-SB) story... I'm not joking when I say they showed her in the stands every single week at Lambs games. While the Lambs were winning anyway. They didn't lose interest until Kurt injured his hand and started sucking.

Interesting season the Cards have put together. Bertrand Berry the former Bronco DE, Kurt Warner the formerly washed-up MVP, Whisenhunt the former Steeler SB winning OC, Edge the former washed-up Indy player.

Same with the Ravens. Cam Cameron is the OC for the Ravens, the guy that put together a 1-15 season last year as HC with the Dolphins and was the OC for the Chargers in 2006.

Ravens and SD could meet up in the AFCCG with Cam Cameron the former SD OC. If Pitt wins two and faces AZ for the Lombardi, Whisenhunt the former Pitt OC faces his old team. It's a small world.
