1 win and 2 losses.
The team that won, Baltimore, played another 1st time coach, Miami. Atlanta lost with the ROY looking too amped up and rattled.
One team of the 3 that made the tourney moves on to Divisional.
It was good to see a 1st time coach make the Playoffs but that does not guarantee that change = a SB visit or win.
This is going to take a couple years if, IF they land the right guy.

Super Bowl? I'd like to just hear the bronco mentioned in January again and not because of a head coach search.

One thing for sure, this board is going to flourish. There will be plenty of ammo for the next season or two, eh?

I am giving a short leash to the HC. He must be respectable in one year and a winner in 2 or I am jumping on every bad decision.
My patience went out the door with Shanny.

or better record: 3 first time coaches took 3 formerly irrelevant teams to the playoffs this year.
