Nothing like a guy who is a fan of a Coach. Would love to meet him in person and teach him some respect.
Then again, reading his posts he is probably 13 years old.

Gotta admire the passion. The insults towards Doom and Torain are low rent... and anyone who spells a word "becuz" should get shot in the face.

personally, i like Doom but want him to only be a situational player for us, and i think Torain is a waste of a draft pick and a roster spot.
and that dude is a douche, i may not like a player, but as long as he is a Bronco, i stand behind him when he is on the field, regardless of what i think of him
i have to hate these Coach fans who bash the team as soon as something changes they don't like.

Do you feel the same way about Powell?

i liked the Powell pick and i think he could be a real steal for us with where he was drafted. he seems like a guy who could be a really good run stuffer for us.
and with Torain basically i lost all hope for him when he got injured after having so much hype brought onto him.
i wasn't holding my breath on him, because he was injury prone and i have been wanting an early round pick on a RB. i didn't care for the pick when it was made, i kind of thought it was a reach and a throw away because he would have been around after the draft. his injury in camp dampened my mood on him and then his knee injury ended all hope i had for him.
if he can come back though next year and be all he was hyped to be, that is great. and i will gladly eat my words about him, but i would rather us get a good RB early in the draft and dump him.

...right.
So what you're saying is you're optimistic about Powell, but Torain was a wasted pick simply due to his internet hype?
After all, Torain did contribute more this season than Powell.

no i am saying Powell was a good pick, because we need DL and he would have been very valuable had he not torn his achilles. Torain was a reach because we could have gotten him as a undrafted FA to begin with. he had an injury history in college, he runs too high. i didn't like the pick wasted on him to begin with, because we could have used it on more Defensive help instead of on a guy who we could have signed after the draft.
and then with all the hype on a guy who technically didn't do anything for the team and was injured after 15 carries made me sick.

it just amazes me that they have players write about their experience, and you can respond with whatever you want. Isn't that a family oriented site?

Torain wouldn't gone undrafted. Some team would have drafted he in area we did, the kid had talent and potential which is what you are looking for that area of the draft and to create depth for you ST. And very rarely do you find any immediate starters in that round or later they are development projects that you hope become solid starters in the future.

Torain = Talent + Potential + Injury = Mike Shanahan favorite :)

the majority of the posts in there reflect how I feel about the move and how it was obviously premature in light of how quickly Shanahan rebuilt the offense. Good to see

Haha rebuilt the offense to 16th in points scored.

he may or may not have been around after the draft, but at the time using a pick on him was a waste.
his injury history made him a gamble to begin with, and i don't think he would have played ST even had he played all season. i think now and thought when we picked him that we would have been better served drafting linemen.
anymore i have gotten to the point where i think any pick used on a RB after the 3rd round is a waste of a pick. for the most part they have the same amount or lack of talent as guys who go undrafted. in the 1st 3 rounds they have talent and are worthy of a pick, later than that it is a waste.

So points scored is the only way to judge an offense in your simple mind?
The defense, if only slightly better, giving the ball to Cutler on average of one more time a game, would make a huge difference in points scored. the injuries make no difference to you? 7 RB's on IR, this means nothing? Rookies all over the place, starting on offense, this makes no difference to you?
You obviously have no perception of context, let alone reality, so I will cease beating you over the head with facts.
