just wanted to get this off my chest...

i am sick and tired of seeing the dances, and the arm flexing, and the helmet projectiles, and the jumping up and down, and the chest thumping on defense nearly every time a tackle is made by a Bronco D lineman, LB'er, or safety.

so, you stopped some RB for a 6 yard gain. BFD! don't jump around like an asshole... and stopping somebody on 3rd and 1 when you're losing by 30 points does not warrant a team group hug right where the cameras can see you. this is bush league BS. you wouldn't see it from any player with any dignity. leave that BS for Madden '09.

i would like to see shanny or somebody crack down on that. issue fines. make players run laps in practice. SOMETHING to get it to stop. these are Denver Broncos. not Ravens. not Raiders. not Sparkies. i'd expect that garbage from them. but the Broncos ought to show a little bit more dignity out there.

i'm not against patting each other on the back for a good play. just not the over the top celebrations on crap plays and not the attention whoring to the nearest camera.

Yeah, it's one thing when you see the Ravens or Steelers do it...but they are holding the other team to punts nearly every series...but seeing that from Denver's D is...well...rather embarrassing.

Unfortunately, it's the way sports are now. Act like a spaz after every play and hope you get on Sports Center.

I guess when you are rarely accustomed to making a tackle, it is cause for celebration.

This about sums it up for me.

From Brandon Marshall's refusal to turn upfield because he's trying to juke every defender in the secondary, to Nate Websters flexing after a 5 yard gain, these guys have no clue what competitive football looks like.

The flexing is okay after you make an outstanding play, but there are only a few of those a game. The players that regularly make those plays usually dont feel the need to flex.

Same holds for players on other teams.

Its gotten to be dumb how much our players do that ****.

You tackled someone after a 7 yard gain, great back to the huddle and shut up.
