I couldn't take another weekend of watching this bi-polar mess of a team. New Years resolution should be getting an aggressive D that can tackle. A pass rush would be nice.
There always next year!

Greg,
Happy New Year dude!
Manning would've put 40+ on us at Invesco. Chargers give the Colts a better game than we could dream of. The NFL and fans around the league are thrilled at our ass kicking tonight, and rightfully so.

My thoughts exactly. Wouldn't be surprised if the Bolts feed off of this win enough to knock the Colts out.

I was watching this game in vain, knowing full well all week long what was going to happen. The defense wouldn't be able to stop the Chargers due to the scheme we employ. How can Shanny look himself in the mirror and except this? Every team looks good against us because we employ a horrible scheme week in and week out. Tonight was the final icing on the cake. I am stress relieved now, we are done and we deserved it.

Feel like that lady in the Geico commercial with the T-Rex at the little kids party..."Yea, memories!"
What a joke. Pathetic.
yup between the injuries and missed tackles this season was painful to watch despite all the bright spots

Similar for me. I held out hope that we could make a game of it but I knew in my heart that our defense wouldn't give us a fighter's chance. Kudos to AJ Smith and the San Diego Chargers. Smith was smart enough several weeks ago to make a coaching change on defense and it saved their season. He is CLEARLY a better personnel man than Mike Shanahan. I sincerely hope that Shanny is embarrassed enough to consider resigning or at the very least relinquishing some of his control. IF HE picks the next DC of this team we will continue to fail. Somebody, an outsider with fresh perspective needs to make the call on DC and Shanny needs to be hands off. He's going to ruin an excellent offense by making the defense so poor that the offense has to constantly press the entire game.

Yep, I'm glad it's over.
Buuut, I'm not feeling to down. The foundation of this team is there. We need a good defensive draft though. And fire SLOWIK PLEASE.
