Twas the night before Xmas , all through Bob's mom's house .
Not a creature was stirring , not even a mouse .
Bob's stockings was hung , by the chimney with care .
With hopes of a quarter back , some wins, and his first pubic hair .
His parents were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Bob moving out of their basement danced in their heads .
And Bob in his Jersey and his silk lined night cap,
Had just settled down for a long hand dolphin slap .
When out on the lawn there rose such a clatter ,
Bob sprang from his computer to see what was a matter .
Minimizing his smut windows he flew like a flash.
Tore open shutters and thew up the sash.
The moon on his man breast , and the new fallen snow
Gave a luster of nausea to all who he's shown .
When, what to his wondering eyes should appear,
But Herman Edwards in a limo , sobbing in tears.
With a little old driver, so lively and quick,
Bob knew right away Herm needed help with their picks .
More rapid than eagles Bob quickly proclaimed ,
And whistled, and shouted, and called them by name.
We need a quarterback , some corners , a linemen or two ,
A punter a kicker and a tight end to groom .
To the top of the West ! to the top of them all !
We'll go all the way ! all the way ! We'll win 'em all !
With a wink of his eye and a weak hand shake at best ,
Herm let Bob know he'd do the rest .
Herm spoke not a word, just got in his car ,
Peeled out in a haste and left nothing but tar .
BUT HE HEARD HIM EXCLAIM , AS HE DROVE OUT OF SIGHT.
NEXT YEAR WE'LL MAKE THE PLAYOFFS , YEA F*@*ING RIGHT !!!
