Got it as an x-mas gift, installed it and had some trouble but its working now.
All the free calls you want but the downside is if you want to received calls you have to leave your PC on 24/7.
Its works good for me because my cell is prepaid.
I just use my regular phone when I'm home and save my cell minutes when I'm out.
