As for Isabel, it's very pretty. I think you could use Belle as a nickname or Bella (which I think means beautiful or something).

Congrats and good talking to you the other day! Three girls is actually a lot of fun... 'cept my youngest is now going around calling her older sisters a "dumb sucker". Of course she learned it from Alexis but Alexis is smart enough not to say it within earshot of grownups... three year olds on the other hand could care less! I've tried the bar soap thing with her and she seems to like it. I tried tobasco with my oldest when she was 3 and now she loves the stuff... you don't think a kid would grow up liking bar soap do ya?!!! Ha!

Congrats Alec! My 8th grandchild is coming around April 25th and it's a girl also. My daughter has 3 little girls and her husband loves it! He is spoiled rotten by their admiration.

How about Kiana Joy? I love that name. It's a name I came up with for my oldest granddaughter and they used it.

I would suggest something similar to Tara Joy. If she doesn't want a "T" name, then go with Sara Joy. It kind of rolls off the tongue and is a very pretty name for what will undoubtedly be a very pretty girl...
