Former Commodore football standout Jay Cutler, now quarterback for the NFL's Denver Broncos, was named to the AFC Pro Bowl Team on Tuesday, Dec. 16.

Cutler joins Peyton Manning from the Indiana Colts and Brett Favre from the New York Jets as the three AFC quarterbacks.

Cutler was drafted by the Broncos in the 2006 NFL Draft after playing football for Vanderbilt. While at Vanderbilt, he set several school records for touchdowns, rushing yards and most starts by a quarterback. He was also named SEC Offensive Player of the year in 2005.

Me, too. We have a sports guy here in SLC that clearly knows nothing about sports. He's always making comments like that. And what's better is that he tries to say stuff he sees the dumbasses on ESPN say. Pure entertainment!

thanks for that "Small" article on things we didnt know about Jay. He went to Vandy, He was selected on the ProBowl and he is on the Broncos. Cutlerfan, werent you supposed to get some hard hitting questions to Jay last time you saw him? We are still waiting.
