Well, good and bad news.

He has us picking 21st and taking Will Moore (still) which is a pick I love.

He has the Raiders pick 6th and take Eugene Monroe which is bad because he is good, fortunately he is an offensive lineman so it won't happen.

Has the Chuggers pick 11th and take Rey, which also sucks.

He has the Chiefs pick 3rd and take Aaron Curry.

I am starting to cool on moore. i understand he is essentially playing a differant position but i just dont feel he is anywhere near as good as he was last year.

Those are all very strong picks for our division rivals

Is Eugene Monroe that good? I thought he was having an awful year?

According to many, he has played better than Oher this year and is the top rated OT coming out. Ask BPC, no one here has a real grasp of OL like him.

It's retarded because all they're doing is putting Moore at wherever Denver picks. Real effort they've been putting in with the Denver pick this year.

I can see where they come from, Moore is ranked as a middle 1st round pick, S is a HUGE need for Denver so unless another team picks him ahead of us, he is pretty much the default selection.

I think the main thing is we need a good FS. Moore has the same attributes as Barrett (although he may be much better).

We need the ball-hawking FS type and i'm not sure that will be Moore's strength. I love Moore in 2007, but I don't know if his play in 2008 would warrant a first round selection.

I really like Rashad Johnson from Alabama more than Moore, and Johnson probably could be had in the 2nd round.

Yes, I want a safety with some damn brains and instincts. That safety from Western Michigan seems like he could be something special too.

I haven't liked moore at all this season. I have watched him alot he just hasnt been the same player he was last year. I am not sure why. I like Johnson and Chung but Mays would be a solid pick as well. IMHO we will go with Laurinitus even though I would rather have spikes or a RB. If I had to rank my top five players that I would want denver to select in the first it would be:
1. Brandon Spikes ILB Flordia
2. Knowshown Moreno RB Georgia
3. Taylor Mays S USC
4. James Laurinitus ILB Ohio State
5. Jerry Peria DT Ole Miss

This is just who I would most like to see us take it doesnt take where they will actually go into account (obviously!) I doubt we will get a shot at Mays or Moreno but I would still take Spikes over both.
