North Texas is literally the least likely place in the country to see a Broncos game on TV. Im certain of it.

Its getting fun to watch the Cowboys collapse though.

Randy Cross is the dumbest color commentator of all-time. He made a seriously stupid comment the other day I don't recall now ... but I do recall this colossally stupid comment: As I've posted several times in the past, during the 2006 Redskins game in the rain at Invesco, he said, "strange things have happened on this field, this is where John Elway led the famous Drive against Cleveland in 1986." Absolutely 100% true story. He really said it.

Randy Cross is on it.

(By on it, I'm referring to the ability to slick back that quaff of his, not in his ability to do research.)

It's bull**** around here. I think we've gotten 1 game here this year that wasn't on the national slate.

I always think its weird when a NFC home game is carried on CBS and likewise for home AFC teams on Fox.

Even when it suits the Cowboys and their fans' interest, they show crap.

Usually when the Broncos play a conference opponent, the local CBS crew will show whichever NFC contender is currently playing a decent AFC team.

Sunday, they overlook the AFC contender vs. NFC contender for Pitt/Baltimore?

Somebody posted in last weeks thread that it is goes by the away team.

I've been screwed by changes twice this year so far, but I'm hopeful that my little area in Oregon that is getting the game will remain that way.

That's correct ... the conference of the road team decides which network. Which means that sometime in the couple years, Randy Cross was dumped by Fox and picked up by CBS hmmm...

Under the current TV contract rules, every team gets two home games and two road games against the other conference, division by division, rotating every year, no exceptions. This year we got Tampa Bay and New Orleans at home, Atlanta and Carolina on the road. Next year we'll prolly get Philly and Washington on the road, and Dallas and the Giants at home - based on the fact we played @ the Giants and @ Dallas (Thanksgiving) in 2005 ... and hosted Washington and Philly at Invesco that year.
