Tradition is what makes college football so special. I respect Pete Carroll for taking his strong position.
UCLA's quarterback situation is so bad that if the Trojans need those timeouts to win this game, they don't deserve to be victorious.

Whats awesome is UCLA is on board with that tradition and will burn 2 of their own TO's to make it equal. I think its cool since they are really both the home team.

Not a huge Pete Caroll or Slick Rick fan, but I admire their desire to bring tradition back into the USC/UCLA game, props to them both.

I can't stand Slick Rick after what he turned the CU program but yeah its a good gesture and awesome move.

He's an idiot and overrated coach with a checkered past. I was baffled when UCLA hired him. Better candidates were available or keeping Dorrell who must be laughing his ass off at Rick. ****ing tool.

Won't happen, if another scandal hits UCLA and it is because of Rick. Nobody will touch him and his career will be done.
Besides if UCLA piles up another 8 loss season, then Rick won't last long. This season is the first season UCLA had a 8 loss season since '63.
